HOTEL POLICIES

You may check in from 14:00 hours     |     You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Bookings must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to one nights average cost of accomodation will be charged.

A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.

Please note, some rooms are prepaid and non-refundable and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled. Please check the booking policy for each room type.
